Quick Holiday Gift Ideas

It happens every year. There is always one or two people who you forget to get a gift for and time is running out. Or maybe you are just tired of giving mass-produced products from China as gifts and want to give a gift that is little bit different. Here are a few ideas that you might enjoy giving:

Do a Little Baking! – Who doesn’t enjoy getting some homemade goodies. How about some sugar cookies or shortbread using our Herbal Baking Sugars.

Mulled Wine Gift Set – Choose your favorite red wine and place in a decorative bag along with a package of our Classic Mulling Spices. All they’ll need to do to enjoy a warm mug of mulled wine is bring the add some sugar, water and wine into a pot, bring to a simmer, add some of the Classic Mulling Spices, simmer for a minute or so longer, strain into mugs and enjoy! Remember to taste your mulled wine before serving. That way you can make any adjustments to sugar, spices or wine amounts.

Massage Gift Basket – Make a gift card saying “Redeemable for One Massage” and attach to one of our Massage Oils with a bright ribbon in a basket. Voila! you now have a gift that is both relaxing and refreshing. You can always add to the basket. How about adding some Soy Candles, an Eye PillowBath Salts & Soaks,Herbal Bath Soaks, a relaxing CD, incense or anything else you can think of that will make it a truly wonderful experience.

Afternoon Tea Basket – Fill a basket with one or more of our Tea Blends, some tea biscuits, digestives, cookies, biscotti, scones, jams, preserves or curds. You can also add a teapot, mugs, cups, a tea cozy, decorative dessert plates, or napkins. You can offer to be the host for the tea, being in charge of setting up, brewing the tea, serving and then cleaning up afterwords.

Bakers Basket – You can make a quick basket by combining our Herbal Baking Sugars with some cookie cutters and a sugar cookie recipe. You can get a little more elaborate by putting these in a mixing bowl with a wooden stirring spoon.
