Go On! Have a Cup of Airmeith’s Naturals New England Chai

In some parts of the world the word Chai is just the word for tea. The Chai I am talking about is the rich thick brew that is made with black tea, whole milk, a combination of various spices and a sweetener.

Our New England Chai is a blend of Oolong, English Breakfast and China black teas combined with ginger, cardamom, clove, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried apple, orange peel, dried cranberry, dried wild blueberry, dried elderberry and natural maple flavor.

Since teas, herbs & spices stay fresh longer if they are kept as whole as possible, we do not overly process our loose tea blends. We recommend you lightly break up your chai blend before brewing.

You will need the following to make chai

  • 1 to 2 tsp of chai blend per cup of water
  • 1 C water per cup of tea
  • 1 C whole milk (you can use soy, rice, almond etc.) per cup of water
  • Sweetener of choice (amount based on your own taste)
